Making it Happen

The following list is meant as an appetizer, introducing some of the many projects we have worked with over the last 5 years. The list is much longer, so if your project deals with an industry, a country or an activity not mentioned on the list, give us a call and let us tell you about our experience and expertise in areas related to your specific project.

Analysis:
IMP has carried out feasibility studies on such diverse projects as production of artichoke in Bolivia, establishment of an IT call centre in Nicaragua, expansion of a dairy company into Kenya and Uganda, helping with diabetes in Mozambique etc. Many of our feasibility studies resulted in us assisting with the elaboration of Business plans. Especially DANIDA has benefited from our expertise in several reviews that we have carried out of projects and organizations under the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 2008 we assisted in the elaboration of a private sector programme in Mali.

Implementation and Management:
Our world wide network, international backgrounds and extensive experience with intercultural communication has often benefited our costumers in the identification and selection process of potential partners. We have planned training programmes for RadissonSAS in Egypt and new companies in Nicaragua and started up offices and production for different companies and organizations in several Middle-eastern and African countries. We are highly involved with Corporate Social Responsibility for customers as Novo Nordisk, Toms Gruppen and PFA.
